We respond to guests through Hospitable with courteous, accurate answers to their questions and no pressure to book.
We centralize your calendar, reservations, and guest messages, beginning with Airbnb.
Property Care
We provide professional Airbnb cleaning through our related company, Cleanaholics Team, serving Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
We offer short-term rental interior design through our related company, Condor Projects, from initial concept through final installation.
Our contractors are fully licensed. Our network provides lawn care, air conditioning, and plumbing services to keep your property in excellent condition.
Management Fee
Starting at 20%Final rates vary by client and are based on each property and its requirements. We review all pricing with you in advance, including cleaning and contractor services.
